Ask for Jerome on assistance on entry to the venue. Highly recommended place if you are wanting to host events or family gatherings to eat at the place. Scenic views during the day of the Lake. Also don't miss out on their Buffet Lunch served on a Sunday. Definitely going back soon. "I’ve been to Porkys at The Lake multiple times for birthdays and family celebrations, and it’s always a place I enjoy going back to. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Their menu has a wide variety of options, and their sushi is especially good. There’s something for everyone to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for seafood, pizza, grills, or lighter meals. The restaurant itself is clean and well-organised, which makes the whole experience comfortable. One thing I really like about Porkys is the setup of the place. They have outside seating and inside seating, a pool, a bar area, and beautiful views overlooking the water. It creates a really enjoyable environment to sit back, eat, and relax. They also have a kids’ play area, which is great for families, although it could use a bit of maintenance. The toilets are noticeably cleaner than most places, which is something I really appreciate when dining out. Overall, Porkys at The Lake is a fun, family-friendly restaurant with great food, lovely views, and a welcoming vibe that makes it ideal for celebrations and casual outings."

"Stopped by on Valentine's day, we were accommodated really well and we were even moved to a better table when one became available. No set menu on the day, which was a treat as most restaurants do set menus on valentines day and we were specifically looking for "no set menus". Ordered the lamb shank and sole thermidor. Food was really tasty, everything was flavourful and didn't require salt/pepper/hot sauce at all! Portions are enough for two servings. Wait time was a bit long due to the lamb shank and the thermidor was delayed due to an unfortunate accident but the service was impeccable and not only were they honest, but also gave us a complimentary dessert to apologize. With service like that, delicious food and a serene, laid back atmosphere, you'll leave with a full belly and leftovers to relive the experience"

"Porkys at The Lake was an unexpected surprise. The restaurant has a great location with a fantastic view over the lake, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and checked in on us just the right amount to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive. My dad and I ordered the pork schnitzel, and it did not disappoint. It was packed with flavour and served with delicious mushroom sauce, vegetables, and chips. My mom ordered the seafood pasta, which was loaded with plenty of seafood. They are definitely not shy with their portions, and the overall value for money is excellent. I would highly recommend Porky’s to anyone in the area or visiting nearby. It’s a great place well worth supporting."

"Visited Porkys yesterday and was extremely impressed by this restaurant. The food is a bit more on the pricey end but you absolutely get exactly and more than what you pay for. The portions are very generous and the taste is amazing. Will be back again soon."
